This is a tremendous series to look inside the times. OK, the writers got away from historical doctrine, but they give a beautiful and authentic feeling of the time and place. I can read and read about this era, but with Carlos you get to walk the streets and head butt the Church, all while getting away to the steamy heat in Cuba. I’m all in. History buff.
well it was pretty close to correct until it portrayed moctezuma’s death. He was killed by the spanish, not other natives. guess the spanish still want to live that lie.
funny how concerned the Spanish were with a sovereign kingdom and cultural identity, yet they could not respect the sovereignty and identity of the kingdoms they discovered across the sea.

Unfortunately we don’t know, the production company only issued Spanish subtitles with their BluRay and DVD releases. It has to fan translation and sadly nobody did it, if we find spare time I might try to get it translated myself but it won’t be perfect.
Please translate it. I have been dying to watch it for two years and still can’t find a English translation nor even the novel in English
