Got to love this. A true slice of London life at the time, serving out free national health care during the late 1950’s. All people who debate about nationalized health care should be required to watch Call the Midwife, just excellent. Yes, probably too much soap, but well worth it. History geek.
Could you please please please add the english subtitles ? You know, i’m not an english, my ears can’t catch up the sentences (especially british) but i can understand the words.. the thing is i’m still learning.. thank you.. i love you so much for all the efforts you do on this site, you can unite the universe through this
Thanks for the kind words, I added what I can but some episodes have subtitles that don’t fit like episode 1, so we will have to take a look at it but I’m not sure we can add it until tomorrow, the rest of episodes has been added and appear to be fine but I’m not 100% positive either, we’ll do further testing tomorrow.
