I believe some security programs (extensions) flag the advertisements shown by OPENLOAD server like this but it shouldn’t be that dangerous, they show some ads and you just need to make sure you don’t install anything they may ask you to, usually they just want to scare you to install stuff, just make sure to close the advertisements and continue watching.
